My recent stay at Homewood Suites By Hilton Atlanta-Galleria/Cumberland was a mixed experience. the spacious suite felt more like a cozy apartment, complete with a fully equipped kitchen that made our stay comfortable. the hotel's location near various attractions like Cumberland Mall and Truist Park was convenient for exploring the city. While the breakfast spread was limited due to a flooding issue, the substitute options of store-bought items like biscuits, yogurt, and fresh fruit were acceptable. the staff, including Mercedes and Jordan, were friendly and made our check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. However, my stay was marred by a billing issue where I was charged twice without prior notification. the management assured me it was temporary, but the lack of transparency and explanation left a sour note in an otherwise pleasant stay. Despite this issue, the amenities like the outdoor swimming pool and fitness center added value to our visit. Overall, Homewood Suites By Hilton Atlanta-Galleria/Cumberland provides a homely atmosphere with modern conveniences, making it suitable for both short and extended stays. Perfect for business, government, and leisure travelers seeking a comfortable retreat in Atlanta.
